Flooring installation · San Diego County
Two numbers is all it takes to start. The plan shows what a room that size needs in your material, then we measure it properly and talk through what suits the space.
01Materials we install
Five things we install, and the rooms each one suits. Tell us which one you are leaning toward and we'll take it from there.
Kitchens, kids, pets, rentals. Water resistant and forgiving.
Our most requested install
Living rooms and bedrooms where you want the real thing for decades.
Solid and engineered
Bathrooms, entries, and anywhere water and sand get tracked in.
Floors and wet areas
Bedrooms, stairs, and quiet rooms where soft underfoot matters.
Rooms and stairs
The finishing line on a new floor, or a refresh on an old one.
With any install or alone
Material clips are illustrative, not client projects.
We are an installation contractor. We can source the material for you, or install flooring you have already bought. Either way, the install is ours.
02Recent work
These are Eden's Floors projects. Nothing here is stock imagery pretending to be someone's kitchen. Every one of them started as a room someone measured.
Carpet stair runner
Wide plank oak, fresh install
Stairs, wood-look treads
Light wood, salon
03What people say
“It's rare to find a company that combines exceptional customer service with such high-quality work, and this team did both.”
I had an excellent experience working with this flooring company from start to finish for Citrus Aesthetics. Their professionalism, communication, and follow-through exceeded my expectations. Every step of the process was handled with care, transparency, and attention to detail.
The team was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout the project, and delivered exactly what they promised. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my space with respect.
Most importantly, the finished floors are absolutely beautiful. The quality of the installation are outstanding, and the transformation of the space is even better than I envisioned.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring installation and will gladly work with them again in the future.

04Why Eden's
05The process
01
We look at the room, the subfloor, how you live in the space, and what you want it to feel like. Then we talk options honestly.
02
Whether we source the material or you have already bought it, the plan covers product, layout direction, transitions, and a clear scope you can read before anything is ordered.
03
Old flooring out, subfloor leveled and checked for moisture. The unglamorous part that decides how long a floor lasts.
04
Plank, tile, wood, or carpet goes down to the plan, with cuts and seams placed where your eye won't land.
05
Trim, baseboards, and transitions set. Dust and offcuts leave with us, not with your vacuum.
06
We walk the floor with you. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before we call it done.
